‍1. The promoter

• The Promoter is Sprive Limited, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AF, registered in England and Wales, company number 12102682 ("Sprive", "we", "us").

2. How to enter

• Purchase a Just Eat gift card through the Sprive app during the Campaign Period (see Section 2).
• Each qualifying Just Eat transaction of £5 or more, payment is made from the customer's bank account via the Sprive app earns one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
• Multiple qualifying transactions during the Promotion Period will each earn a separate entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per user, regardless of the number of orders placed.
• Entries are only valid where the purchase is successfully completed and not cancelled or refunded. Cancelled or refunded purchases do not count as entries.

3. Campaign dates

• The Campaign Period runs from 00:00 on 1 August 2026 to 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (UK time).
• Entries received before or after the Campaign Period will not be counted.
• The draw will take place on 1st September 2026.

4. Prizes

• There is one (1) prize: £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) which will be credited to the winner’s Sprive account so they can pay that toward their mortgage.
• The winner is responsible for checking overpayment allowance and ERCs, Sprive not liable for lender charges.
• The Prize is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative except as stated above.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value, or to withdraw the Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control or where an entrant has not complied with these terms.
  
  

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Campaign Period, using a verifiably random method.
• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw via email from hello@sprive.com .
• The winner must respond to claim the Prize within 14 days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.
• The promoter will contact the winner to ensure they have a zero Sprive balance for us to be able to credit the £10,000 into their account.
• The winner will be announced on Sprive's Instagram, tagging the winner's social media and their testimonial. The winner can  object if they wish.

6. Eligibility

• The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, Just Eat, and their respective group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
• Entrants must have a valid Sprive account and provide accurate details. Entries made using multiple accounts, bots, or any automated means will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms.
• Sprive reserves the right to exclude any transaction that is refunded, cancelled, or otherwise reversed after being identified.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with Sprive's Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, unless you have consented to other uses.

8. General Terms

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, without liability to entrants.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for reasons outside its control.
• Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Overpayment terms depend on your mortgage and lender, and early repayment charges may apply.
