‍1. How to Enter

• Download Sprive, register an account and do a shop through the app during the campaign period.
• Your shop must be at a value of at least £50 
• You can only have one entry
• There will be 4 winners, one each week for 4 weeks

2. Campaign dates

• The giveaway goes live at 1pm on Monday 2nd February and end 23:59 on Sunday 1st March
• Entries must be completed before 23:59 on Sunday 1st March to be eligible.
• There will be 4 winners in total, each week we will randomly select a new winner
• Winner will be chosen, contacted and have their prize credited to their Sprive account on the following schedules:
  
  • Monday 9th February
  • Monday 16th February
  • Monday 23rd February
  • Monday 2nd March
    

3. Prize

• Your next mortgage payment will be paid by Sprive.
• Prize is capped at £5,000
• The payment will be credited to your Sprive account. This can only be paid to your lender and can’t be withdrawn to use as cash.
• All entries are pooled and drawn weekly and entries will not roll over to the next week. Participants may only win once
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered
• Sprive reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
• If eligibility of the campaign is not met, or you go against campaign guidelines then Sprive has the right to withdraw the prize and choose another winner.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator from eligible entries.
• Winners will only ever be contacted by the official hello@sprive.com email account. Sprive will only request the winner’s email address to deliver the prize. We will never ask for bank details, payment, or other personal information.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Sprive reserves the right to select another winner.
• The winner will be announced via Sprive’s Instagram Stories and only contacted via email from hello@sprive.com
  
  

5. Eligibility

• UK residents only, 18+
• You must be a new user to Sprive, meaning you must not have had any previous Sprive accounts in other email addresses.

6. Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree that Sprive may share that they won the campaign on social media for marketing purposes only.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil the prize.

7. General

• Sprive reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms & conditions if circumstances arise outside its control.
• Refunded or cancelled purchases may invalidate entry
• Sprive accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or for delays outside its control in prize delivery.
• If for some reason the mortgage payment can’t be paid, then the payment will be paid to the winner’s linked bank account. This will still be the value of the winner’s monthly mortgage payment and this will still be capped at £5,000.
