Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Sprive Affiliate Programme.

By joining the Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and any related policies provided by Sprive.

Sprive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You must have an active website, blog, email community, social media account, or other online platform suitable for promoting Sprive.

‍

Sprive reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission for each eligible user who becomes an active Sprive user through their unique referral link and/or code.

An eligible user is defined as someone who downloads the Sprive app, completes their profile and purchases their first Shopping Card.

‍
Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules will be provided upon acceptance into the Programme.

‍

Commissions will only be paid for legitimate, qualified referrals that meet Sprive’s tracking and verification criteria.

‍

Any fraudulent, misleading, or self-referrals will result in disqualification and non-payment.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must only promote Sprive through ethical and legal marketing methods.

‍

False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Sprive’s services are strictly prohibited.

‍

Affiliates must not use paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that directly compete with Sprive’s own advertising.

‍

Affiliates must not spam, use misleading URLs, or engage in any activities that harm Sprive’s reputation.

‍

Any use of Sprive’s branding, logos, or promotional materials must be in accordance with Sprive’s brand guidelines.

Tracking and Attribution

Sprive will report the number of user conversions based on activity on tracking link provided

Payments

Payments will be made on a monthly basis.

‍

Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive commissions.

‍

Sprive reserves the right to withhold payments for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time with written one month notice.

‍

Sprive reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account immediately if they violate these Terms.

‍

Upon termination, any outstanding commissions may be forfeited at Sprive’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Sprive is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Programme.

‍

Sprive makes no guarantees regarding earnings or the performance of the Programme.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
